What these terms cover
By using inology.co.uk you agree to these terms. They apply to anyone browsing the site.
If you're an Inology IT client, your commercial relationship with us is governed by the Master Services Agreement we signed — these website terms are in addition to, not in place of, that. If anything below conflicts with your MSA, the MSA wins.

Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, images, logos, layout, code — is owned by Inology IT Ltd or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright. You may:
- View pages on screen.
- Print or download single copies for your own non-commercial reference.

Accuracy of content
We try to keep everything on the site accurate and up to date. But:
- Articles, FAQs and guidance are general information, not advice for your specific situation.
- Pricing on the site is indicative — your actual quote depends on your environment and is set out in your proposal.
- We may change content without notice, including taking pages down.
If you're making a decision that matters, talk to us — don't rely on a blog post.
Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss you suffer from relying on information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Anything else liability cannot legally be excluded for under UK law.
For clients, the liability terms in your Master Services Agreement govern our service obligations.
Links to other sites
Where we link out to third-party sites, we don't control their content and we're not responsible for it. The link is for convenience, not endorsement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The ‘last updated’ date at the top tells you when. By continuing to use the site after we publish changes, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be heard in the English courts.
