If you're a managed-service client with an OOH bolt-on, you have a separate emergency number in your service handbook. If you can't find it: ring the main number and the on-call engineer is paged automatically.

Not on the OOH bolt-on yet? It's £250/month plus £500 per 5-hour block used. Most clients add it after their first weekend incident — we'd rather you didn't wait.
